Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Brutus Tactical, every item is made with care. Because of the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once verified, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, size, or design due to our internal error, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size or color selected at checkout

  • Buyer’s remorse or preference changes

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

We encourage customers to review sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective or damaged.
